Book, call, or send us a note

The form has two short steps: first, what you’re interested in, your name, and your phone number; then your email, the days that work for you, and anything you’d like us to know. No marketing opt-in is required.

We reply on business days. The confirmation screen shows the phone number you entered, so you can correct it if needed.

Booking online or calling is the most reliable way to get an appointment, since a consult needs both a treatment room and a provider available.

We use Pagoda for booking, and the button opens it in a new tab. Choose your treatment, or a consult if you’re not sure yet, pick a time that suits you, and add a card to hold your spot. It isn’t charged today.

The card reserves a treatment room and a provider for your appointment. We only charge a $50 fee if you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours. Need to reschedule? Give us a call.

Prefer to book by phone? Call (773) 799-8278 during business hours, and we’ll schedule your appointment for you.
