The form has two short steps: first, what you’re interested in, your name, and your phone number; then your email, the days that work for you, and anything you’d like us to know. No marketing opt-in is required.
We reply on business days. The confirmation screen shows the phone number you entered, so you can correct it if needed.
Booking online or calling is the most reliable way to get an appointment, since a consult needs both a treatment room and a provider available.

We use Pagoda for booking, and the button opens it in a new tab. Choose your treatment, or a consult if you’re not sure yet, pick a time that suits you, and pay a small non-refundable deposit that comes off your treatment.
The deposit is a down payment, not an extra fee. It reserves a treatment room and a provider for your appointment. Need to reschedule? Give us a call.

Getting to Lincoln and Wrightwood
Take the Brown Line to Diversey, then head south on Lincoln. You can also take the Red, Brown, or Purple Line to Fullerton and walk north past Lincoln Common. The 11 Lincoln bus runs right past our door.
If you’re driving, there is metered parking on Lincoln and free parking on the side streets west of Clark; check the posted street-cleaning signs. The Lincoln Common garage is a few blocks south.
We’re on Lincoln Avenue just north of Wrightwood, a block up from the Apollo Theater.
