Brown Line to Diversey, or Red Line to Fullerton
From the Diversey station, walk south on Lincoln. We’re between Diversey and Wrightwood. From the Fullerton station (Red, Brown, and Purple Lines), walk north on Lincoln past Lincoln Common and Wrightwood. From the DePaul campus, head north on Sheffield or Lincoln.
By bus, the 11 Lincoln runs right past our door. The 74 Fullerton and 76 Diversey buses cross Lincoln nearby, and the 8 Halsted runs one block east.
- From Lakeview: head south on Lincoln, or take the Brown Line one or two stops to Diversey.
- From Old Town: take the Red Line north to Fullerton, then walk north on Lincoln. The 8 Halsted bus is another option.
- From Bucktown and Wicker Park: head east across the river along Fullerton or Armitage, then north on Lincoln.
- From Lincoln Square and Roscoe Village: Lincoln Avenue runs straight down to us, or take the Brown Line to Diversey (from Western if you're starting in Lincoln Square).
- From the Gold Coast: take the Red Line from Clark/Division north to Fullerton, then walk north on Lincoln past Lincoln Common.
Divvy bike stations are located throughout the neighborhood.
Parking near our Lincoln Park location
Meters on Lincoln run about $2 to $3 an hour, enforced 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, and you can pay through the ParkChicago app. Free unmetered spots are also available on the side streets west of Clark. Street cleaning runs twice a week in two-hour morning windows. Be sure to check posted street-cleaning and parking restrictions.
The Lincoln Common garage is a few blocks south. We don’t have dedicated patient parking at this time.
What to expect at our Lincoln Park office
We’re a medical spa. A nurse injector performs injectables, our licensed estheticians provide skin and laser treatments, and every plan is reviewed under medical direction. If your concern is better suited to a dermatology practice, we’ll let you know.
Every treatment starts with a consultation and a written plan. When you book, a small non-refundable deposit holds your appointment and is applied to your treatment. If you’d like to contact us first, the contact form takes two short steps, and we’ll call you back. Financing through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna can cover a series or a package.
We don’t offer body-contouring devices at Lincoln Park. Alternatives include Kybella for a double chin, Morpheus8 or Forma for loose skin, and, for overall weight, medically supervised weight loss guided by a nurse practitioner. We also don’t price Botox by the unit. Instead, we create a treatment plan for your face and price the full plan.

Our Lincoln Park location welcomes patients from Lakeview, Wrigleyville, Roscoe Village, Lincoln Square, Old Town, the Gold Coast, Bucktown, Wicker Park, and DePaul. Weekday and midday appointments are available.
Commonly requested treatments include neuromodulators to soften expression lines, lip and chin filler, Morpheus8 for skin texture, and PRP hair restoration for thinning hair. Med spa results aren’t permanent, so every treatment plan outlines expected maintenance in visits per year.
Fall and winter, when sun exposure is lower, are good times to start IPL, a laser course, or a Morpheus8 series. HydraFacial and dermaplaning are popular year-round options with minimal downtime.
In the suburbs, or downtown?
Skinovatio Medical Spa also has an office in Arlington Heights (3375 N Arlington Heights Rd, Suite C) in the northwest suburbs, and two more in the city: South Loop (1136 S Delano Ct, Suite E201) and Ravenswood Manor (2934 W Montrose Ave, Unit 101). Each office follows the same clinical standards with its own local team, and services and online booking availability vary by office.

Your questions about getting here
Which L stop is closest to Skinovatio Lincoln Park?
Diversey, on the Brown Line (Purple Line Express at weekday rush), is closest. From there, walk south on Lincoln. If you're on the Red Line, get off at Fullerton and walk north past Lincoln Common. The 11 Lincoln bus also runs right past our door.
Is there a med spa near DePaul?
Yes. From the Lincoln Park campus at Fullerton, walk north on Sheffield or Lincoln, and you'll find us just past Wrightwood.
Do you see people from Lakeview and Lincoln Square?
Yes. Lakeview starts at Diversey, one block north of us, and Lincoln Avenue runs straight up through Roscoe Village to Lincoln Square. Come south on Lincoln or take the Brown Line to Diversey. If you're choosing between clinics on the same line, we wrote a guide for that.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in from the street?
It's best to book ahead. A consult needs a room and a provider free at the same time, and your deposit holds both for you.
Are you the Skinovatio with the 312 number?
No. That number reaches our South Loop office. You can reach us in Lincoln Park at 773-799-8278. Some directories still show the 312 number on our listing, and we're working on correcting them.
